Holiday Inn & Suites Across From Universal Orlando, an IHG Hotel

All the hotel was pretty nice and neat. I like that they clean the rooms everyday and put new towels. The beds were confortable and we had plenty of space for a group of 6 people or families. And the laundry space it was so usefull. The personal was pretty nice too

Mostly, I love the staff there. They remembered me from a year prior. They are so kind. I also love that the standard room is large. I enjoy the close proximity to Universal, Miller Ale House, and the drug store for essentials. There is also a store within the hotel along with a game room. The pool is great and I’ve never seen it packed with people. I have stayed at this location several times.

Dominique was amazing. She was interacting with my children. Assisted in whatever way she could, her personality and demeanor is an asset to the property. The rest of the concierge staff were great as well.

We have a large family so we were able to get a 2 bedroom family suite and it fit all of us and it was a lot cheaper than having to get 2 or 3 rooms elsewhere. They had a fridge & microwave (I think) in the room so we could keep our drinks in there. There was a shuttle to the parks. There was a pool with a kiddie section as well.

I loved the location, right across from Universal. Loved the 2 bedroom suites, they are super spacious, have 2 individual bathrooms and everything was clean. The living room super convenient and they have a nice coffee machine and microwave. Its very practical, not luxurious, no view but its exactly what you need if you are traveling in family. They have a shuttle that takes you to Universal so you can save the parking fee.
